SHIPPING POLICY
In Decomav London we take our time to give you the best of our products. We take between 1 to 5 working days since we receive your order to dispatch all the items from our warehouse.
Return & Exchange Policy
In Decomav London we want you to love our products as much as we do. If you have a problem with your items , please contact the customer service team via email to decomav_london@hotmail.com.
To process your refund the product has to be in its original condition without any signs of use. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Products and packaging with scratches, marks or alterations will not be refundable.
To return your items please send an email with a list of the items and reasons why you are returning it.
The return postage cost has to be covered by the customer. To avoid any loss of packages, we recommend tracking returned items. Items that aren't returned to our warehouse won't be processed and the customer won't be refunded their money.
In the unlikely occasion that your item is damaged or broken on arrival, please email our team immediately with details including photos of the damage. This must be done not longer than 48 hours of delivery.
